Shipping and Payment

We will prepare the goods ordered in our store for delivery as soon as possible. However depending on season or other circumstances. We reserve the right to ship the order between 1-5 working days. 

If for any reason it is not possible to meet this deadline, we will immediately inform customers by e-mail or telephone.


Shipping to Czechia and Slovakia is for free. Selection of transport:

Zásilkovna Pickup pointpersonal collection at one of the pick up points of Zásilkovna. After paying the order, you will be redirected to the Pickup point selection. Wait for the confirmation message from Zásilkovna with pick up instructions.

When selecting your preferable pick up point, be aware some of the branches might be overloaded and not accepting packages at the moment, please check carefully your selection.

Zásilkovna Home Delivery: The order will be sent to the address you filled in in the shipping address information.

All countries (excl. CZ and SK): Orders over EUR 150 free of charge. Orders up to EUR 150 as per Zásilkovna price list, visible at checkout.

Standard: We will choose the best available courier (PPL,GLS,Česká pošta) when placing the order.

For all courier options - In the e-mail confirmation you receive after sending the package from the warehouse, you will find the number and a link to track the shipment. You can monitor the progress of your order.


Online payment card

You can pay your order with Debit/Credit card (Master Card,Visa,AMEX) Apple Pay and Paypal.

We do not know or store card details and only receive confirmation of a successful transaction.

Is it not possible to pay with bank transfer or cash.
