Return policy

You can return goods purchased on our e-shop without providing a reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must include the original labels and packaging.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and choosing the delivery company. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can you return the goods?

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as underwear, swimwear, socks and tights cannot be returned and/or exchanged. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Exchange of goods is not possible.
If you need to exchange your item for different color, size or any other reason, please return the item, we will refund you, and place a new order.
